​CATARI is a translational research group focused on apophysitis in children and adolescents, developing knowledge, tools, and clinical approaches that can improve care and support participation in sport and physical activity.

​​We want to understand if and how strength training, corrective exercise, and physical activity can help to prevent traumatic and overuse injury, and enhance recovery after arthroscopy, and joint preserving and replacement surgery. ​

​We want to understand the epidemiology and injury mechanism in sports related injury to be able to prevent the injuries.
