• ​Implement and develop occupational therapy intervention for hospitalized patients in orthopedics to enhance performance in Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Assessment of occupational performance during ADL tasks and impairment in process and motor skills.
• Implement and develop interventions targeting oropharyngeal dysphagia for patients in orthopedics.
• Screening, assessment, and training of oropharyngeal dysphagia.
• Implement and develop interventions for optimization of hip fracture patients, patients with lower extremity amputations and traumatic multi-fractured patients, and upper fractures in performance of daily living.
• Assessment of functional limitations and compensatory strategies, guidance and delivery of aiding devices and assessment of need for further rehabilitation.
• Optimizing interdisciplinary communication at the hospital and across primary and secondary health sectors to achieve optimal and evidence-based rehabilitation.
• Ongoing focus on quality assurance of documentation practices.

• ​Implement and develop occupational therapy intervention for outpatients in orthopedics following upper limb fractures, surgery or trauma to enhance use of injured limb og increase performance in Activities of Daily Living (ADL). 
• Assessment of occupational performance during ADL tasks and impairment in process and motor skills.
• Implement and develop interventions for optimization of outpatients in orthopedics receiving specialized rehabilitation following upper limb fractures, surgery or trauma in performance of daily living.
• Assessment of functional limitations and compensatory strategies, guidance and delivery of aiding devices and assessment of need for further rehabilitation.
• Enhancing patient empowerment throughout a patient education and client-centered approach.
