About

Thomas graduated as a medical doctor from the University of Copenhagen in 2022. He completed his master's thesis as a medical student at SORC-C and has since been involved in the ACL Denmark project alongside his residency. With a strong interest in sports medicine and surgery, he is currently a PhD student under the supervision of Professor Per Hölmich and Niels Christian Kaldau, focusing on the injury mechanisms of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) ruptures and return to sport in football and handball players.​​​
