Appointments with a midwife

You will be offered four to six consultations with a midwife during your pregnancy. The midwife will monitor the pregnancy and your baby's development and talk to you about healthy habits while pregnant. You will also discuss the physical changes you will experience and the emotional changes that you and your partner may experience during the pregnancy. The midwife will also help you prepare for the birth.

We strive to ensure that you see the same midwife throughout your pregnancy. We recommend that you keep your scheduled appointments, as we cannot guarantee that you will see the same midwife if changes are made.

Antenatal classes

We provide different types of antenatal classes depending on your pregnancy. We offer antenatal classes for first-time parents, partners, twin pregnancies, and English speakers. You can sign up for antenatal classes via your midwife or the secretary at the midwife center.

Log on to Min Sundhedsplatform and follow your treatment (in Danish)

At www.minsundhedsplatform.dk or the app MinSP you can see upcoming appointments, cancel or change appointments or sign up for antenatal class. In some cases, we also provide online consultations via Min SP. 

There is a questionnaire on Min Sundhedsplatform, which we will ask you to complete immediately.
